To the extent permitted by law, we may share information with our branches and subsidiaries, regulators and supervisory authorities, government agencies or courts, external auditors, staff, co-assurers, insurance agencies, correspondent agencies, and strategic partners or service providers that support the delivery and improvement of our products and services. Personal information is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, unauthorised access, misuse, modification, or disclosure of information under our control. Mutual Benefits respects the privacy of children, does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children, does not knowingly market to children, and does not allow children under 18 to open online accounts.
