- All complaints received will be acknowledged with 48hours.
- Treatment of complaints will be timely and fair to all concerned. However, for a satisfactory resolution, the company (Mutual Benefits) may request for additional information or documents for resolution.

- If not satisfied with the recommendations of the Nigerian Insurance Associations, the matter may be referred to an Arbitrator jointly appointed by the Customer and the company.
