COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

  1. Complaints may be received from any of the following channels;

  2. All complaints received will be acknowledged with 48hours.
  3. Treatment of complaints will be timely and fair to all concerned. However, for a satisfactory resolution, the company (Mutual Benefits) may request for additional information or documents for resolution.
  4. In the event a customer is not pleased with the resolution he/she can contact

  5. If not satisfied with the recommendations of the Nigerian Insurance Associations, the matter may be referred to an Arbitrator jointly appointed by the Customer and the company.
